Especially this week!!

It's been a hectic week for me, with lots of lessons to teach. Broke my record by teaching 8.5 hours yesterday...

And am looking forward to the secondary sch class gathering this Sunday! We meet about twice a year and it is amazing to update one another on our lives, and realise how much we have grown and achieved..

Some are married, or are getting married, and its just nice to hear how happy and successful we have become, in our own ways..We have lawyers, a soon to be Phd holder, accountants, teachers, tutors..

Amber Lounge 2009

Was at Amber Lounge this year again! No photos were allowed inside, so no pics taken this year! This pic was from last year..

I stayed on for about an hour.. had to get my models settled in before I could leave, and I must say everything turned out great this time! The models were great, all punctual and professional.. very cooperative I must say.
The client, Renata, was also much nicer to work with. She was really sweet and understanding!

Everything about the party was much better too! Although I was there for about an hour or so, I loved the music, meeting my friends and nice people from the same industry.

Too bad we didnt have a male pass.. Am looking forward to next yrs par-tay!

Brownie cupcakes

I was searching randomly around for some lost pictures when my laptop died on my sometime last year.. and I found this picture of the cupcakes that I made for Trav deary's 24th Birthday..

Havent been baking much.. that's how busy Ive been the entire year..I love to bake, and I guess the most amazing thing about the things Ive baked so far is that I dont use an oven.. instead, I use a microwave.. cos thats all that I have at home..
So,I have baked cookies, banana cake (when I was 15), Chocolate cake (also at 15), brownies and a failed raisin bread, using a microwave oven!!

F1? No thanks...

Yea, I just cant wait for October to be here, cos that means November and December, the best months of the year will be here!!

I really need to breakaway from all the stress.. managing the agency is really tough.. especially when things are not settled when the event is 1.5 days away.. and I forsee more stress on the actual event days..

MAny a times I just wanna walk out of this forever, but I know I cant be that irresponsible.. but seriously, this job is giving me chest pains, sleepless nights and headaches (literally!! ) when things go wrong..

It took me soo long to post these teachers day gifts.. that's how busy I had been.. making arrangements for models and meeting the client for F1, the nebo flea market.. and tons of other things going on lately..

Just yesterday, i felt a sharp pain in my chest for about 1 minute.. it made me a lil worried..and so, last night, i had a really funny dream..

I dreamt that i was having a check up at the doctor's..and he checked my nostrils!!

And gave me a jab on my arm, with a syringe filled with something like toothpaste..

I think I seriously need a good, long,break..

These can only come from these little innocent kids =) Aloysius is such a great student and he reminds me of myself in Primary sch.. always wanting to compete with others to be the best in class!

And this pencil case is soo cute! Claryl is such a sweet girl!!

I do feel proud of my students! Havent met the rest for this week, but whether they give me presents or not dont really matter much.. I am just happy that I can inspire them to work hard.. at least for most of them...

Thanks a mill dearee for the very very very early birthday pressie... it's 5 months early!! Am looking forward to the HK trip!!

Am really lucky, my birthday gift each year is getting more and more expensive.. so what's next?? A diamond ring?? Then a car? Then a condo?? Then a Villa?? (kidding...)

Am Not the kind of girl who loves a guy for his money.. I have my own!! Bought my own Coach bags.. feels different paying for such items with my hard earned money.. and I would feel guilty and uneasy when I spend Trav dearees money on such things..already feel like a burden when he doesnt want me to pay for my meals..

Wierd as it seems, that's just me.. next on my to buy list, probably a car.. A white, sporty looking one with a decent engine (turbo charged better la..), dark tinted windows, blackish rims, and a nice body kit to go along..

But before that happens, I better get over my phobia of the pillars.. I seriously can't believe what tough luck I've had in 2 days straight!!

( I brushed the pillar at my condo last nite, and again!! at East pt today.. the same exact spot... otherwise, my records clean for the past 5 years... so really, its the bag luck la uh, not my skills..)

Trav commented that I was getting more hot tempered lately.. probably influenced by him..

Buy i cant help but feel this way.. cos there are too many things going on lately, and too many of it pissing me off!!
Being a tutor, I naturally have concerns for all my students and their studies.. hate it when parents stop tuition after 4 sessions, and leave my unpaid salary hanging there.. it could just mean that I am not paid for 4 lessons at all!!

And another tuition agent still owes me $180 of tuition fees.. so I actually taught one month of tuition for FRee!!

That's y Im sick and tired of such things and having to worry about being "cheated" off my Salary.. Damn it!

And there are students who cancel lessons at the 11th hour.. with lame excuses..disrupting my plans for the day.. so hard to trust some of these teenagers these days.. have been cheated so often that I now worry they may disappear and not pay for the lessons taught..

I'd better relax..had been having really wierd dreams almost all night for the past 2 days... dreaming about being late for an exam in Secondary school cos I was stuck in the toilet looking in the mirror, bla bla bla..
dreams all full of shit..

And finally,gonna book the Hong Kong tour tmr!! one load off my mind!! Yay!!

Seriously Busy

It's late but I just cant help but lament about how busy I had been over the past 2 months..

I did not have a manicure and pedicure for over a month.. imagine how eeky my toenails looked..

I did not have time to cut and color my hair for more than 6 mths... gosh.. Im glad it's all settled now..My hair was thick like a bush, it took 2 hours to dry.. and loads of conditioner..

No time to blog,upload pics, and thats cos I dont even have time to take pics..

Nights are spent sending emails to clients (who request for models), who sometimes dont even bother replying thereafter..

Days are spent at the gym, and teaching.. running and rushing about like a mad woman..

That's probably why I can't believe it's already August, when January seemed like just yesterday..
