Sending Fluffy to the 5 Star Hotel

It was the time of the year again where Fluffy would be sent to the 5 star pet hotel before we leave for Japan..

Every year he pulls a face when we are on the way to the pet hotel.. This year, I had to think of alternative ways to fetch him over cos our pet carrier broke...( I really dont know how...)

And so, I took a big paper bag used to carry boxed mookcakes.. and put him in while I carried him...

But he kept struggling, and peeking out of the bag with that sense of curiousity he always has..

So in the end, I had no choice but to wrap him up in a towel and carry him like a baby.. while Daddy drove...

He snuggled up to me.. he recognizes my scent and my voice.. whenever I call out his name at home, he would run up against the cage...

y?? Because he knows that this voice is the voice of yummy food.. his favourite bread and fruits..

The pet hotel owner remembers him for his cuteness...sadly, I was also reminded this year that Fluffy is old.. and may leave anytime..

The 17th of January

It was nice to reminisce the past few birthdays I had.. was looking thru my pictures on my birthday and I decided to keep a picture of myself, taken on the 17th of Jan every year from this year on..

I celebrated my 20th in Eusoff Hall when I was in my 1st year at Bizad... my hall mates sprang a surprise in my room with a cake a nice candles!

my 21st was special, intimate and memorable.. Daddy threw a huge celebration and I spend it with the people I love the most.. My godma, godpa.. and most importantly, it was the 1st birthday I spent with Trav deary.. I still remember the Creative Zen he bought me, which costed like a few hundreds.. even tho he was not working at that time..Muackxxx

And the 22nd, 23rd and 24th birthdays were nice too! Every year spent with Trav dear made it special.. And here is me at 25... Hope I'll grow wiser, toner, and look more youthful each year with no wrinkles and flabby arm pits.. (bimbo language again...)

Trav's competition fell on the day of my birthday..so, of course I went down..It didnt matter if he won or not, and I dont really care if I felt abs or flabs..I still love them the same..

And sumthing worth mentioning.. my birthday song was sung to me by 4 bodybuilders this year..4 very different types.. the tall and big, tall and not so lean, short and muscular and the old but pro..

A very very appreciative 25th Birthday

It's gonna be my 25th soon.. but the memories of how I celebrated my 20th in my hostel room at Eusoff Hall seem so like yesterday...

This year, I feel very appreciative.. appreciative of all the people who love me, all the people who treat me really well, all the people whom I do not know, but contribute to my daily well being.. I've a new found respect for almost all people out there..

Since the start of this year, I've changed.. I've become very positive, and this is starting to reflect in my mood, my attitude towards life and my glowing skin!

No longer do I dread anything.. no more dreading workouts, no more dreading having to teach (in fact I look forward to the lessons), no more feeling greedy and lazy..I'd been feeling busy all week and it feels great, cos I feel important and I now cherish whatever free time I have now, even more..

Like the other day, I felt refreshed from a short workout and a 30 min sauna session.. and yesterday, I felt a glow from my 10km run... and today, the after glow remained in my skin.. all these little things make me really happy.. these simple things..

"Today" treated me well too! Although I was busy, rushing from job to job, I feel great about it.. Even at this moment, after a slight food poisoning from the chicken breast from Trav dear (my fault.. I din heat it up), I feel positive..and looking forward to tomorrow..

The very Optimistic 25th Birthday

It's not even a week to my 25th birthday on 17th January but I am looking forward to turning 25. Don't really understand why, but I am glad that I view it in such positive light..

The 1st 5 days of 2009 has been great and there has been an air of positivity and enthusiasm as I wake up each morning.. I have been waking up, looking forward to the things I have ahead of me for the day instead of dreading them and I'm really proud of it! Even when I know I have a long day ahead, I still feel great about it!

I realise I'm starting to change.. I woke up today feeling tired, but somthing in me just told me to head to the gym, even for just a short 30 mins..for the past 2 years, I would just lay in bed and be lazy.. and I Received a call for a shoot for Cleo Mag.. and I kinda dun understand why I rejected it.. perhaps I just felt compelled to be commited to my teaching schedule...
But looking back at these, I'm glad these changes are for the better..



Received 3 birthday gifts already... Am so thankful for all the love..
Prezzie 1 was from Daddy n Mummy, who bought me the trip to Japan for CNY..
Prezzie 2 and 3 was from Trav dear, who bought me a wallet and handbag..

He said it was a Bimbotic prezzie.. cos initally he was to buy me a new mattress.. cos mine was a lil spoilt.. but I refused...
Whatever the gift was, nvm.. cos I felt less guilty having spent his $ since he won some in the Sheng Siong show...

Xmas at the Zoo

The weather was perfect on Xmas day...and the animals at the zoo must have felt like superstars that day...

We have become regulars...

Trav and I have really become regulars at the Kids Kampong.. we love to feed the very very very hungry animals..

Especially the wabbits..

These rabbits behaved like they had no food for 10 days...when we got near their hutch, they immediately rushed up to us like little hungry ghosts..

They followed us frantically in the direction we walked each time..

I especially loved the little brown one at the right corner, with the white nose.. did he bleach his nose or sthg???

It's been a fulfilling 2008 and I welcome 2009 with even more!

I shall make 2009 an interesting, eventful, even more fulfilling year.. shall achieve what I failed to do so in 08.. am glad I've achieved almost all my goals for 08 and am aiming higher in 09..

08 was a year I started earning and saving more steadily...
08 was a year nEbO improved and soared greater heights, making us ready for even more in 2009...
08 was a year I choreographed my 1st fashion show..
08 was a year I played much better tennis.. and am ready to win in 2009..
08 was a year I met old friends..and I hope to meet more in 2009..
08 was a year I grew closer to Trav dear, and Daddy and Mummy..
08 was a year I achieved much more.. much more than in 07..and 09 will be a greater year ahead!
08 ended with me totally happy and energised for more in 2009..

This January will be a super exciting one...

This is one of the few trips the family is so excited about..everyone at home is talking about it long before we are heading there.. and we even have to attend a briefing session for the trip..

2009 will be a blast!
