very night is a surprise as I uncover more pics uploaded on KW's (the nice and supherb photog) site..And I guess he is done with the set.. 49 pics!!

Here are some that I love!!

These pics were taken with no assistant! This means that the photog had to hold the reflector in one hand, and his heavy camera in the other..and the wind didnt help at all cos the stands were threatening to fly far away.. and my hair was uncontrollably messy.. thats y so many shots are of me holding my hair..

 ....and I think with those said, I think he did a marvellous job!!

Photos from the shoot last Sunday

I wasnt happy with the 1st shoot I had, so managed to get another great photog, KW to collaborate. This time, I did my own hair and make up and styling.. It was easy to put together the looks cos the feel of the shoot was more laid back and I am really happy with the outcome this time!

Here are the few that KW has posted in small res..many many more to come! We took 400+ shots in a span of 1.5hrs! And we nailed each look!

More pics without the shades to come!! They are mostly at the back..so KW hasnt gotten that far out to the hundreds yet!

Busy but satisfying weekend!

This weekend was packed with loads of stuff to do.. am really worn out now, but am really satisfied and happy!

Spent Sat morn and noon with my parents.. and then the rest of the day, (8 hours or so) doing up our room's study area! A small area it is, but a lot of work and effort was put into it.. installing the tables, cabinets, fixing up the drawers, spray painting... But I must say Trav dearee did most of it. cos I really cant handle a driller or those huge and scary tools! Took some pics of Mr Handyman at work, but they are in his mobile..

Today was nice too! Woke up to perfect weather for my outdoor shoot! And the shoot went really well! We managed to get the shots in 1.5hrs!(Usually takes up to 3 hrs!)

I actually had 400+ pics done in that time!! It's quite an acheivement! And the pics look nice from the camera's display.. hope this time, the pics are better..different photog, different style!

Watched Shrek in the evening.. and as always, its our all time fave!

My skin savers..

I wish I had been blessed with better skin.. but it has never been the case... so I have to work extra hard to prevent it from getting any worse..and I can already see signs of aging.. plus my big day is nearing!! So that's extra motivation for my almost nightly mask, eye creams and eye masks.

These are my fav products cos they work well and are reasonably priced!

Although this is supposed to be an expensive brand, I managed to get them cheaper online.. a small 30ml bottle costs $23 and can last for about 2 months!! It's the best thing Ive ever discovered! No wonder it's called miracle water!

This is another product which I without fail every day and night! It lightens the scars and spots over quite a short amount of time!

And this was given to me by Trav.. he uses it too! It soothes irritated and sensitive skin, which I get occasionally... supposed to heal scars too, but I guess mine are the "no hope" kind.

This, I stole from Trav dearee. He always says so..

Great for pimples! Nothing measures up to this.. but i seriously do not know where to get this..

And this was bought like more than a year ago... and I have yet to use up the product.. it is supposed to lengthen and thicken the eye lashes, and I think it works fairly well..

I already have long lashes on the top lid, so I cant really tell if it helped there.. but it definitely lenghtened my lower lashes!! It really makes a difference!

My Casting book..From eeky to brand new!

Went for casting today after a super duper long break from modelling.. took my portfolio along as usual.. I didnt realise how dirty it was till I arrived at casting and saw the other models' books.. they were nice and new.. and they were black in color.. and mine was white and eekky... luckily the client didnt mind the dirty book..
Things havent changed much.. except that im a few years older, more confident and now dont really care if the other models are pan-asians, taller or skinnier...I will stick to my belief that we Asian models can be as good, if not better.. even if we cant measure up in terms of our build or looks... we compensate that with better attitude and behaviour.

Here's the squeaky clean book after cleaning! Looks as good as new!! Gonna fill it up with new pics soon too!

A little structure Trav made

Last week, Trav made this lil structure outside our walk-in wardrobe so that when it rains, the water wldnt come in too much.. The rainbow thing is temporary.. its such a tiny thing but it was a lot of work.. and worse of all, I was feeling very very weak that day..blood sugar level was low..
I managed to help him by retrieving tools and climbing up and down 3 levels..

Next up, our room study tables..Mr handy man is having a good time!

Tomorrow's dinner... ahh..

I wish I didnt have to work my butt off tomorow.. but Ive no choice..

So dinner for me tmr, in the car, would be this!

I packed it in my cute lil My Melody container so that I will cheer up when I see it while eating and driving tmr =(
But I'd better be eating less! Ive been eating so much lately! the wedding gown is gonna burst!

Mother's day brownie cupcakes

This mother's day, I decided to bake instead of buy gifts cos it's more sincere.. and it's been a while since Ive baked these!

My Fudgey brownie cupcake:

They dont look at all appealing, but the fact that I baked these witjh a microwave (cos there isnt an oven at home) is already an achievement in itself!

It's really yummy! Not bcos I baked them, but once you refrigerate them, they are really heavenly!

After some deco, they look cute!

Ive always liked these lil balls..called something and thousands.. I just cant recall now.. they taste better than rainbow rice, but are more expensive..

Happy Meal for Netty

This is my Happy meal!
I was really tired and hungry from work when it ended at 8pm today, and was in a foul mood this afternoon cos I left my wallet at home, only to discover it more thatn 4 hours later..
And irritated cos I wasnt able to wake up to head to the gym for a work out..
And was frustrated cos my GPS wldnt work, and I found a red scratch on  my car..
And when I was super thirsty outside, and was craving for honey green tea, I realised I had no $ except for a cash card in the car..

Then... when i arrived at Travs home in the late evening,I found these!!! Yay!! He cheated tho,cos he cooked 10 egg whites instead of the usual 5 that I would have.. bad boy.. secretly wants me to get fat..

Next time, i will add ghee into his brownies!

fishing..

It's been a while since Trav went fishing, so his hands were itching to catch a few.. it was quite a good catch that day at the pond.

This was really heavy! Bones used to make soup!

And cos I was afraid of sun damage, I hid in the shade and enjoyed my magazines, some of which I bought in HK last year but had no time to look at.. And this is my fave nail color of the moment! Trav says its an aunty color.. he's insulting the SIA girls!

Gave the bunny one to mummy cos she misses Fluffy loads.. and the pink one for myself cos I love cutesey pinky stuff and bambi!

Still havent found a use for it yet tho, so its lying on the table..
