The Cheesy Egg White

Yep , this is my "dish of the moment" .. and it will be for a long long time.. Actually, a lifetime..
It's the humble Egg white with Cheese Omelette cooked with loads of TLC by Trav dearee..

Doesnt look as palatable in the picture, but when the chesse (low fat cheddar) oozes out of the egg white, its heavenly!! And the best part, its almost Carb-less, Low in fat, and Protein rich!!

Spent Wednesday with the nebo crew at Sentosa..

I wished it wasn't so near the time of the month.. Wasnt really in the best of moods.. Blame those hormones.. made me moody for the entire day..

So I only took 3 pics.. Cldnt be bothered to whip put the camera..

Havent played beach volley in years, and I sucked at it that day.. and I didnt seem to enjoy the sunshine as much as before..

My Vanity gets the better of me as I grow older.. all that fear of aging,dark spots..and looking old..

And I really lost a part of my mind in the evening.. Blame those hormones again..
