Just came back from a run and I feel Great!! It's been a while since I had such a run.. been either lazy, ill or playing too much tennis..
Here are reasons y I love running... over most, if not all other sports:
- It helps tone me up faster than any other sports (other than weight training, which I dont like)
- It's me against myself!! And it's a time off for me and myself!
- I feel lighter, my clothes fit better, I eat healthier after my runs
- It's a great way to lose the stubborn,final 5kg..really..
- The beautiful scenery takes loads off my mind
- I love the runner's high
- Best of all...
I love the pinkish flush on my cheeks and feel sexier with the after running glow (actually the sweat) on my skin!
